Overview

Proctortrack works with a number of partners around the world who help organizations deploy secure online assessment solutions. Many of our partners provide additional services such as system integration, consulting, training, or customer support alongside the Proctortrack platform.

This document outlines how the Proctortrack reseller relationship works and how partners can benefit from participating in the program. Our goal is to keep the structure straightforward while creating strong incentives for partners who invest in growing the Proctortrack business.

Reseller Model

Proctortrack follows a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) model. Partners may market and resell Proctortrack to their customers while combining it with their own services or technology offerings.

Examples of value-added services may include:

  • Implementation and onboarding services
  • Integration with learning management systems or internal platforms
  • Consulting around secure testing and compliance
  • Customer support or managed services

Partners remain responsible for the relationship with their customers while Proctortrack provides the underlying technology platform.

Partner Pricing

Approved resellers receive access to partner pricing for Proctortrack licenses and services. This pricing structure allows partners to resell the platform to their customers while maintaining a margin and building their own services around the solution.

Partner pricing may be updated from time to time as the platform evolves or as new offerings are introduced.

Premium Partner Status

Proctortrack recognizes partners who consistently build meaningful business around the platform.

Qualification Threshold

Partners who generate $3,000,000 or more in Proctortrack-related revenue over the previous three-year period may qualify for Premium Partner status.

Premium status is reviewed periodically based on the partner's overall contribution and long-term engagement with the Proctortrack platform.

Premium Partner Benefits

Premium Partners receive additional pricing advantages beyond standard partner pricing, with an additional discount ranging from 15% to 25% above standard partner rates.

Partner Expectations

Proctortrack partners are expected to represent the platform accurately and professionally when working with customers. Partners should maintain sufficient product knowledge to properly position the solution and should deliver any value-added services in a professional manner.

Our objective is to ensure that customers receive a strong implementation experience and ongoing value from the platform.

Program Updates

The Proctortrack partner program may evolve over time as we expand the platform and grow our global partner network. Any changes to pricing structures or partner benefits will be communicated to partners in advance whenever possible.
